For the past three decades, Berkeley Herbal Center (BHC) has stood as a beacon of holistic healing, education, and community support in the vibrant city of Berkeley, California. Established as a non-profit organization, BHC has been dedicated to promoting natural healthcare, clinical herbalism, and empowering individuals to embrace the power of plants for their well-being.   

At the heart of Berkeley Herbal Center's mission is its role as a renowned school for Clinical Western Herbalism. With a deep-rooted belief in the transformative potential of herbal medicine, BHC has been instrumental in educating and training aspiring herbalists, nurturing their passion, and fostering their growth into skilled practitioners. The center provides comprehensive herbalism classes and programs that equip students with a solid foundation in plant medicine, anatomy, physiology, botany, medicine making, herbal folklore, aromatherapy, flower essences, and the practical skills required to assess, formulate, and administer herbal remedies effectively.

BHC's commitment to accessibility and inclusivity is evident through its low-cost clinic, which serves as a vital resource for the local community. Recognizing the barriers that often hinder individuals from accessing natural healthcare, the center has worked tirelessly to create an affordable clinic that provides high-quality herbal consultations and remedies.
