"I’ve been a beekeeper for 30-plus years. Early on, during a honey harvest, my beautiful and intelligent wife, Gwen, noticed that my hands were in really good shape from working with the wax and honey. She asked me if I could make something for her sensitive skin, so I got to work. I consulted with Christina, our friend and chiropractor, and with the three of us, Honey Girl Organics was born.
We are big believers in, “If you can’t eat it, why put it on your skin?” The skin is a sensitive organ that absorbs a lot of what we rub onto our bodies. Many skincare products use chemicals and preservatives that are potentially toxic once absorbed.
