A family business, founder Kayla Fioranvanti, Keegan Fioravanti, Haleigh Fioravanti, and Jacob Waddell started Ology Essentials with an understanding of the benefits of using CBD.

Along with her son Keegan and his wife Haleigh Fioravanti, who is an avid supporter of hemp for sustainability and had co-founded a sustainable development company, the collective quickly switched gears to focus on CBD oils and their revolutionary effects.
Kayla, Keegan, and Haleigh met Jacob Waddell at the Tennessee Hemp Industries Association. At the time, Jacob was using his expertise in material sciences to experiment with hempcrete. He was a vital source of knowledge and experience, so he was snatched up immediately.
The Ology team has since grown from four founding members to a team/family of eight dedicated 'hempsters'. Each member has their own personal story with hemp CBD and are wholeheartedly devoted to the growth of the hemp industry.
Their team of farmers, chemists, and aromatherapists are all experts in their fields. Ology's hemp farmers pride themselves in their hemp strains, and their chemists have been leading experts in the natural industry for over 20 years.
